Get A Quick Web Design Quote

Hot Internet Network™, Inc. Design Process

Hot Internet Network™, Inc.  believes in a simple and linear process which is intuitive to both the client and our design team.

Step 1- Gather the Web Design Requirements

Once we have  a submitted the Web Design Quote and we get a green signal to proceed, the phase of requirement gathering starts. Our design team collaborates with you or your team to extract all the details related to the design. This ensures that the project is initiated with a common understanding of the objectives for your website.  Once we have all of the requirements gathered, our team will start on the second step in the design process flow.

Step 2- First Design Draft is created and submitted

After all the requirements have been gathered , our design team starts on creating the very first draft of the web site design. This draft is submitted to the client for a first look at the future of their website. The actual design improvements start after feedback is provided from the client to Hot Internet Network™, Inc. design team.  The next step in the design process flow begins after the client has seen the first draft and made their suggestions or revisions.

Step 3- Start on Web Site Revisions

The source of first revisions is the First Web Design Draft. Every revision ensures that the subsequent design draft is better than the earlier versions. After successive revisions, the draft starts to take shape and the final web design look is set to be published.  Once the revisions are completed, the website final draft is submitted for client’s final approval.

Step 4- Finalize & Approval of the Final Web Design Draft

The final web design draft is the result of successive revisions and improvements. The client gives the approval – that all the design specifications have been incorporated within the design as desired.   All final graphical changes as well as design changes are implemented and a final draft is ready to be published live online.

Step 5- Overall Web Site Training, Web Site Delivery, and Thank You!

Once all the graphics have been incorporate into the final approved version, the web site with all its bells and whistles is reviewed one final time by the client. The customer approval or sign off on the web site is necessary to upload your website to your hosting server or live server. Our team can also email the site files to you as well if desired.  Our team will conduct back end admin training on how to use your new web site with basic information on how to add pages, add content, change menus, add images, and more.  At this stage, the client is trained on how to change items on their site and your web site is complete and live for the world to start using your products or services.

The time frame for a web site design from start to finish varies, but can take any where from 1 week to 8 weeks or more.  This all depends on the complexity of the site web design, as well as the amount of time it takes for all the requirements to be delivered.

Clients should expect a normal web site design project to be done in 2 to 4 weeks on average.
